Specialty Insurance Partners is the official insurance provider for the National Home Watch Association Insurance Program. This program is truly unique in that it not only offers comprehensive wraparound coverage for home watch companies, but most importantly, it covers the actual Home Watch visit. Our experience with home watchers as well as the exclusivity of this program to NHWA members, allows Specialty Insurance Partners to customize the NHWA Insurance Plan specifically to your company’s needs and to make it available in all 50 States. Specialty Insurance Partners continuously monitors the insurance market to ensure that members of NHWA have access to the best protection and pricing available. Required bonding is also made available upon request. In 2017, the NHWA worked with us to develop an exclusive member cyber-security policy as well.
